Analysis of your symptoms, lifestyle, hormonal stress factors and physical & emotional profile. Immediate take‑home tools—e.g., targeted breathing techniques or tweaks to your daily rhythm. -
3. Personal therapy plan (90 min)
A tailored plan with recommendations on:- Nutrition, digestion, medicinal herbs and daily structure
- Body‑based methods from Yoga, meditation, breathwork, Sound Healing & self‑reflection (e.g., journalling, guided questions to identify stress triggers)
- Assessment of your Ayurvedic constitution (e.g., Vata, Pitta, Kapha) and current imbalances
