Restore Balance
in your Female Hormones
Release stress-related exhaustion, irregular cycles or anxiety and step back into feeling like yourself again.
I know how exhausting it is to keep holding it all together.
I was doing my best — working hard, staying active, eating well. But inside, I felt overwhelmed. I couldn’t sleep, my digestion was off, and my cycle became painful. Anxiety grew, and I felt disconnected from my body, stuck in survival mode.
What scared me most was the sense that my body was slipping out of my control. I started to wonder: Is this burnout? Am I harming my fertility? Will I move into menopause before I’m ready?
Central to my healing was Ojas — the Ayurvedic essence of vitality, resilience, and deep nourishment. When Ojas is strong, we feel calm, radiant, and rooted in ourselves. When it's depleted, we feel fragile, anxious, and out of sync. Rebuilding my Ojas helped me feel safe in my body again — steady, nourished, and more me.
Today I work with women who are high-functioning but exhausted — struggling with PMS, irregular or painful periods, insomnia, anxiety, or fears around infertility and early menopause. Together, we gently regulate the nervous system, support your hormones, guide you through perimenopause, and restore the deep inner strength that stress has worn down. This isn’t about quick fixes or wellness trends. It’s about coming home to your body — and rebuilding your Ojas from within.

My Offerings
When stress becomes constant, your hormones can fall out of sync. Cycle irregularities, PMS, restlessness, sleep problems, or early menopause signs are symptoms—not the reason. If you want to understand the root causes of your hormonal issues and regulate them naturally—without the pill or bioidentical hormones—you’ll find a well-founded method here. My approach is rooted in Ayurvedic women’s health, focusing on nutrition, digestion, and herbal support — combined with Yoga, Breathwork, and Sound Healing to regulate the nervous system and reduce cortisol (stress hormone). Many of my programs are certified and covered by public health insurance.
